Start 2017 with you in mind
Are you fed up of new years resolutions that stop you doing what you love, or make you start doing things you hate?
Make a change this year and do something that's positive, nurturing and even life changing.
If you're interested in journaling but don't know where to start, or you've tried it but given up because you've not known what to write, then Jumpstart Into Journaling is for you.
We'll explore relationships, money, boundaries, fears, hopes and dreams, happiness, sex, your relationship with your body and your skills and qualities.
At the end of this experience you'll have a personal identity statement that lays out who you are, and what areas of personal development you might want to work on over 2017.
It's suitable for both first time journal users and those that already have a journaling habit.
So if you're looking for a new years resolution that's good for you but doesn't involve deprivation, join me!
The benefits of journaling are widely documented:
- Reduce stress
- Improve self esteem
- Understand relationships
- Improve self care
- Learn from mistakes
- Identify problems
- Increase motivation
- Discover strengths
- Silence self criticism
- Uncover behaviour patterns
- End self sabotage
- Make decisions
Journaling is a fantastic way to learn about yourself - it brings increased self knowledge, is great for personal development and really helps with self care. All this can reduce stress in just a few minutes a day.
Now that's got to be worth investing 10 minutes a day!

Why should you do this?

If you don't know what your needs are, how can they be met?

If you don't know what you want, how can you get it?

If you don't know your boundaries, how can you protect yourself?
What's involved?
From January 1st 2017 you'll receive a module each day via email, each with a different aspect of your life to explore via a choice of questions and journaling methods.
By the end of the course you'll have a greater understanding of yourself, your likes, loves, desires and passions, enabling you to pursue the things that bring you joy and let go of those that don't.
Self knowledge means you can say yes to the things you want to do, no to those you don't and set personal boundaries which encourage self care and keep you safe from those that might hurt you.
You can participate with as little as 10 minutes a day.
