Taking this 21 day challenge is something I think more people should be looking into. Great challenge to also show you don't have to have money to take care of yourself. And it's little shifts you can make that aren't so overly intrusive in your lifestyle that they're next to impossible to make happen. Doing so really opened my eyes to how I can help myself, and standing up for myself. It was a great experience and one I will keep on top of for the upcoming years! Leah

I loved this challenge helped me to re discover myself which in a long time i forgot about it because adult life has so many responsibilities and you feel like a robot most of the time because we are always in rush and worrying about life and etc. So I completely recommend this challenge to people out there. Thank you for being obsessed with helping others with self care! You reminded me of how important even the little things such as adequate sleep, exercise, water, health care are to self care. I am the only one who can do these things for myself. I enjoyed rediscovering the things that make me happy and how simple it is to continue to incorporate these in my life. I decided to join the 21 self-care challenge when I found the post at Pinterest because I was going through troubled times and needed something to hold on to for some time. I was curious about it too. I enjoyed the daily emails and the tasks. I happilly discovered that many of the self-care tasks I was already doing in my life! But I learned new ones, have been practising them and feel much better about myself. I have to make some changes in my life and this challenge helped me to become more focused on my needs. Hi my name is Tracie I'm 56 and like most women my age I tend to be everyone's mum.I came across this challenge on Pinterest thought why not I need to look after me . It was obviously time because everything resonated with me. I intend to continue with the challenge on a daily basis . I have recommended it to a few ladies . Hopefully they will resonate too

When you start the challenge, it´s like exciting! Every morning you receive that "Hey, lovely person!" e-mail with simple but powerful ideas. And you discover that there is more you can do for your self-care, and you start to feel this powerful little pills of hope! This was the first self challenge I have ever taken and I now see the need to put yourself first and to get things right with yourself so you are able to be there for your family and friends. If you feel good about yourself you can make better decisions and you are not resentful about spending time on other people to help them. Barbara Zander

It was the starting point to discover that I was also a Highly sensitive person.. who tried to fit in my groups.. becoming a people-pleaser, and many times forgetting what was BEST for ME.
