Take Control: Say No without feeling guilty
You know it's okay to say no and it's your right, but when it comes to actually saying it your fears kick in – fear of being selfish, fear of conflict, fear of rejection, fear of being rude, fear of upsetting people.
You feel so guilty for saying no that it just seems easier to do it, even though you really don’t want to.
So you spend your precious time doing what others want you to do and not on things YOU want to do.
You know you need to change but you don't know how.
I can help you with that

Hi, I'm Jane Travis and I take the scary out of saying no.
I've been in the business of helping people feel better about themselves since 2005. Hundreds of different people, with hundreds of different issues.
Through my training and experience I've learned that many of us struggle to take control of our lives because we fear saying no, and I've learned how to change it.
I'm a practicing counsellor and psychotherapist, trained, registered, experienced and running my practice Reflections Counselling Lincoln since 2005.
You're far from being alone.
Many of us, myself included - and I understand completely, as I’m a recovering people pleaser - have fallen into the pattern of trying to gain acceptance, approval and love by trying to be all things to all people.
But that's not realistic, because you worry:
You'll become both physically and emotionally burnt out and run the risk of becoming stressed and exhausted.
It's my passion to show people, people just like you, how to make those changes in a way that feels manageable.
Now is the time. Now is YOUR time.

I´ve finished the course ... I loved it! I found it very useful as a people-pleaser.
I learnt in every step.. It is easy to follow, and the activities are not boring at all. And when you start to practice it in your everyday life, the satisfaction is amazing! It works, you can see how it starts working and you feel good asking for your needs (and I guess with time it will be even better).
Thank you for such a great course.

Jane makes a lot of sense, and her writing style is very easy to understand. I also like her sense of humor. What could be better, learning and laughing. The course helped so much. Thank you Jane.
By the end of the course I was loaded with confidence and ways to say no without hurting anyones feelings.
